Just a bit of advice required:
I purchased an item on ebay that never arrived. Raised a case, seller agreed to refund, but i have now received notification stating:
"The refund sent by 'the seller' did not clear from the sender's bank. You have not received funds for this payment in your PayPal account.
Please contact 'the seller' regarding this refund."
now, the Paypal guarantee states: we'll make sure that you get the item you wanted or your money will be refunded in full, including postage costs when you pay with PayPal.
I've heard nothing from the seller. Has anyone else had this happen, and is the Paypal guarantee worth the website its printed on. ?
