[Closed] eBay irritation - cancel a Buy It Now bid?

Selling a phone on eBay. A buyer from Spain has just won the item through a "Best Offer" bid but has emailed to say he's changed his mind and wants me to cancel the bid for him.

I can't see any way to do this on My Ebay. I can relist the phone, but the only option I seem to have is to go down the buyer not paid route. Don't really want to leave it because I'm pretty sure eBay will charge me two sets of fees when it's actually sold.

How do I fix this? 🙂
