Want to list a pair of wheels for sale, and would like to be able to give the buyer the choice of the wheels, or just the hubs on their own for a lower price (To be clear - I only have the one pair of wheels which I'd split down if they only wanted the hubs). Is this possible?

I think, if you list it as a business auction (which is a faff) you can do a multi-item listing
I.e
Pair of hubs £100 x1
Pair of wheels £300x1
The risk is someone will buy the wheels and not the hubs.
Easier just to choose your preference and list for two weeks, then if it doesn't sell, relist hubs only

Wouldn't that allow someone to buy the wheels and then someone to buy the hubs as two separate items? Not sure you can do it unless you put it in the description and allow offers on hubs only (which would be clear from the offer comments) but sounds risky as the person would still technically buying the wheels as that is the listing.

As soon as one sells just cancel the other listing.

Very few people buy used rims on their own.
Well for one thing it's a lot easier posting just hubs, and most of the value of these wheels is in the hubs - buyers may well want to rebuild onto posher rims. Posting wheels always runs the risk of damage in transit. Lastly if I sell the hubs on their own it avoids the risk of buyers complaining that a wheel is 1mm out of true or whatever. So in short - I'd rather just sell the hubs on their own, it avoids a lot of potential hassle, but I can't bring myself to tear apart a perfectly good wheel build.
You might even get more for the hubs. I've picked up some bargain hubs built into dodgy or obsolete sized rims. Good hubs are pretty desirable.
Uh, okay follow up question. Hubs listed this morning, and now someone has paid full price for them with a postage address in the UK but they are from China. Am I being over cautious in wondering what the deal is? They have bought over 1000 items in the last 6 months, all +ve feedback to be fair but what gives? All random stuff as well. What do you think? Am I being paranoid? How can I be scammed?
Is the UK address the eBay distribution centre? Had that with international purchases and it's been fine. Once it get to the UK address it's considered delivered and not your problem. Always good to be cautious with eBay, though.

Looks like they're using a freight forwarder because you don't ship to their location. Not sure what eBay's policy is, regarding this, but I've done it before without issue. (old Campagnolo Super Rceord mech sent to Japan)
Also, make sure the buyer knows exactly what he's buying.
I also listed a nice set of Campag hubs which were still laced to the rims. (I was in two minds about splitting the wheels and didn't want to strip them until I had an interested party) Despite my ad categorically stating it was for the hubs only, I had someone hit the BIN, wait for me to dispatch them, then started asking questions about his complete wheels. I just think he was trying it on.
I didnt photograph the rims or mention their specification in the listing but you could see them when the hubs were viewed ftom above. I think it was a case of the guy believing, if they're in the picture, they're included.
Anyway, it was a weekend so I rushed down to the Hermes parcel shop where I'd left it, retrieved my parcel, and cancelled the transaction. Somebody else eventually bought the hubs without any drama.

Yep already on this especially as I'm not sure English is their first language, I've sent them a message to ask them to confirm they know they're just getting the hubs and not the wheels built up, or the rims/spokes.
