[Closed] Ebay - claiming payment

It doesn't take much to confuse me in usual circumstances but this one has really baffled me.

I have sold an item on Ebay and the Totals column says I have received payment. In the action column it says Claim Your Payment. So I have clicked on Claim Your Payment and it takes me to Paypal. I log in but I can't find any sign of a pending payment. I have been in touch with the purchaser who says the payment is pending in their account.

So does anyone know how I can actually claim this payment to credit my paypal account?

Either they've spelt your Paypal ID wrong or you've spelt it wrong when adding it to your Ebay account.
Check the spellings, get them to cancel & resend payment.

You could open a PP account using the email addy that the payments are going to & then send it to your PP account as a gift.
