hi

I need some advice on eBay – I don’t use it often!

I won a saddle on eBay (at a good price) last night and have tried to contact the seller a couple of times to try to arrange payment and delivery etc (all my previous purchases have always had good communications and I’ve either met in person and paid cash on pick up or done a bank transfer – I don’t have a PayPal account) but they are completely unresponsive.

Should I pay (via PayPal) and hope that they send it or should I walk away as the lack of communications indicates something fishy?

Thanks for help

Pay via PayPal. If it doesn’t turn up you can get the money back. Both eBay and PayPal Ts&Cs are massively weighted in your favour for this very anxiety.

2nded - just pay via paypal - nothing to be lost from your perspective. To be honest I'd be slightly confused if a buyer contacted me about paying when the pay option was already sat there to be used (unless you were going to pick it up rather than have it posted to you).
