Back in the day, every so often, our cycle courier controller would drop in a "Roger, roger, roger, rog" over the radio to the tune of The Birdy Song.

For the rest of the day, the end of every radio communication would reinforce the tune in my head. Worst kind of torture!

"My name's Jon Jonsson, I come from Wisconsin and I work in a lumber mill there.
The people I meet when I walk down the street say' Hey man, what's your name?' and I say.......

Repeat for 20 years.

To test our (in)sanity?

I can still remember doing a solo ride after work around Glentress early last year with Mika - Fat Girls stuck in my head for the entire ride. I have never been so glad to get back to the car to get the radio on.
I now carry the iPod on solo rides, just in case.

i had an earworm yesterday. it was king of the swingers from jungle book which caused involuntary giggles and snorts everytime it came in to my head ( along with the associated imagery).

kept getting strange looks from my colleagues

I've got "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas", it's been there since the start of December when we bought a dancing toy from b&q that sings it. I'm beginning to go insane.

Although now it has been replaced by King of the Swingers.

almost everytime I get on the London Underground I have 'Going Underground' by The Jam in my head.
There's a reason why I cycle everywhere or get the bus instead.
