Seeing as your lunch suggestions were so helpful, you can help me with dinner too.

What veg to go with the duck and spuds? Nowt too fancy, it has to be available from the local co-op.

I have a bit of broccoli, I was thinking of supplementing it with some green beans.

I'm telling you, this housewife malarkey's harder than it looks.

I'd do a little stir fry with the veg and keep the mash for another meal personally. Load of garlic and ginger and some sesame oil and they're all good. Or have the meat off the leg and throw some noodles in with the whole thing.

Pak Choi. You can get it most places. Stir fry it with ginger, chilli and garlic and splash of Soy.

Asparagus and sugar snap peas or mongetou pan fried in butter.

Impossible to get here, too - I use spinach as a substitute.
