I am not sure anyone has any experience of situation as looking for some advice, I recently took my winter coat to the dry cleaners for cleaning checking they cleaned my type of jacket all fine. The shop decided to send to head office as they thought safer (I should of stopped then) but I went with it as a national company and thought they would have the experience.
To cut a long story short my hood is gone hard and brittle not sure how and wire all twisted, they have done a report and advised it is a manufacturer fault and I should contact them with report. I thought this felt slightly unfair as we have never had this problem before.
So any advice on best way to handle this would be most appreciated.
They have insurance for exactly this reason.
Contact customer service and tell them you need it replacing.
