Just watched Lampkin on top gear at tv centre. He appears to do a huge huck to flat from one roof to another. Editing or real. What's realistic as a drop to flat?

Just watching that. Is the front end of the bike MTB parts? Rear obviously different but forks and front wheel/tyre look MTB sized.
2.75" tyre on a 21" rim. Standard trials wheel/tyre.
Forks are probably Marzocchi if that's any better?
