Doh, reminds me of the time the wooden hall floor in the school my wife works at was refitted due to warping caused by the underfloor heating system. They had to take the floor up, the heating pipes up, excavate the floor and re do everything properly, it took months. Anyway when the job was 99% finished a guy came out to re do the fixings in the floor for the fold out wall climbing frames, he drilled down into the floor and hit an underfloor heating pipe 😯
