Yesterday (I'm on nights at the mo), I dreamt that I was in a cop show, with a theme tune that borrowed heavily from Nothing's Gonna Stop us Now by Jefferson Starship - as featured in the film Mannequin.

I swear that one day, if I manage to capture enough detail of a remarkable dream, there'll be a fairly useful plot for a book..
last night's was vivid

something to do with an intergalactic ark, and the selection process being conducted by some local youths in an ex girlfriends terraced house in town..

I like it. 😀

The best thing is how it all feels perfectly logical.

dreams are proper weird I love them, the normal rules of life on earth just do not apply and anything goes. Like when you meet someone who you know in the real life but in your dram you know they are someone else but they have the same face, very weird & cool.

I wish i had good dreams. My wife has 'Indiana Jones esque' dreams, being chased by baddies etc.

Last night i dreamt about fishing, although it turned into a bit of a nightmare as on the train home from my fishing trip I realised i had left my fishing rod at the river. I jumped out of the train to go back and get it and almost got hit by another train. Exciting stuff.

I had something very similar. Maybe I was in the pilot for your dream?

I dreampt I was hiring people I went to school with to work under me at my current place of work. The thing was it was primary school and the people I was hiring were still at primary school age.
I love random dreams caused by having a slight tempaerature.

One of the members of the band Bongwater kept a dream diary and they turned some entries into songs.

David Bowie Wants Ideas is a favourite of mine...

Heard an interview with the guy behind this the other day, pretty interesting.

http://www.dreamonapp.com/

Claims to be able to control what dreams you have (to some extent, with some people), and it's based on real science etc.

😀

I watched David Lynch's Inland Empire last night - pretty much one long dream in itself.

I used to find that the night after a massive drinking session I'd have the most vivid dreams - they were ace.

Last night's was about being in some industrial accident and being turned, with 2 other people, into a superhero. Unfortunately one of the others was more affected, and ultimately his frustration with all the normal people made him evil, and he turned on everyone else.

It was brilliant - I really don't see the point in paying £12 for a cinema ticket when I can get that kind of stuff for free.

I can never remember the "story" of dreams, just the events which involve invariably; falling or being unable to breath or being crushed or being trapped, frankly they are ****ing horrible and I wish I could just sleep.

I had a dream about a woman I'd just met, where she told me her birthday. Turns out to be her actual birthday! Now, about those lotto numbers...

Neighbours E type jag was on fire but he wouldn't let me try & put it out as he was warming a catering size can of baked beans in the flames.

He doesn't have an E type jag nor a love of beans so I am not sure what that was all about. But I do love my bonkers dreams, shame I usually can't remember them.

Had a dream I was living in a post apocalyptic, mad-max esq world where I'm an MTB-riding, assault riffle wielding, cycle courier and I'm the only means of getting messages between fortified towns. Think the Fall Out games or Mad Max meets Kevin Costner's The Postman on mountain bikes. I worry about what's going on in my head sometimes… :-S

My dreams consist off stuff I can't even start to imagine while I'm awake, then about 10secs after waking up I can't remember what they were about.

Last night I dreamt that I was in my mother’s house, and we were surviving a zombie apocalypse. In addition to having our Tibetan terrier Benny with us, we were also looking after the in-law’s Jack Russell, Bailey, and a pug. I don’t know where the pug came from. Anyway, Bailey had a manky deformed eye, and we had to take him to the vets.

Despite being in a post-zombie apocalypse world, I didn’t see any zombies. :/
