Word of warning. Do not use them.

Took payment for something that wasn't even in stock. Arranged to deliver today. Even reassured when I spoke to them earlier.

Booked a day off work to wait for it arriving.

Now they have had me on hold for 25 minutes because I have told them to cancel and refund.

What sort of mickey mouse shower of shit is this?

Anyway, my advise is if you're thinking of using them do not.

EDIT operator came back on the phone after 30 minutes, laughed and hung up.

Went to local dreams store to buy a single mattress. Saw one we liked for £100 so tried to buy it.

"There is a £25 delivery charge"
"I have an estate car. Can I take it home myself?"
"No, all deliveries are to your home"
"So, it is impossible to buy it for £100, the price should say £125"
"I suppose so"

Went home. Bought better one on line from another shop for £80.

Yeah just had the same call happen AGAIN!

On hold 30 minutes again. Took a card number to sort a refund on hold again for 12 minutes then line goes dead andwhen I call back it now says the stores are closed.

Could service actually be any worse.

Totally calm over the phone only to be met with a stroppy woman the second time and the laughing man the first.

What a joke of a shop

Same happened here. £1400 for a bed that was due to arrive on a day I took holiday. Even had a call the night before to confirm delivery.

I called in the morning of delivery to try and establish a rough time for delivery was told bed out of stock and no delivery due. Bastards I thought and cancelled the order and demanded refund.

Later that day a bed arrives, I keep quiet, 5 days later my refund appears in my bank account. 7 months on no call for the money. Me one very happy customer.

Hope for the same mantastic.

I did find 40 quid in old £20 notes in an old shirt pocket I haven't worn for 5+ years so when I had the rage on I offset it with that. Nobody got murdered.

Sounds like the customer service is as bad as the management. Should have done my research.

Dreams eh, nightmares more like.
