Anyone got recommendations or advice. My daughter wants (today) a drawing tablet for PC, don't want to spend big sums of money or hear that i should buy a Mac. but anything up to the £100 mark as a starter?

Wacom Intuos of whichever size suits her needs and your budget. One of the biggest names and supported by big software developers but you may need to check it works with the software that your daughter is using

A drawing tablet is just an interface, a input device. She must be using some software

Wacom seems to be the default in the drawing tablet world. My Wacom tablet came bundled with Corel Paintshop pro, but it works fine with Microsoft Paint if you just want the basics.

Wacom is a professional/creative device you can plug into a pc/laptop and use with a stylus. Is that actually what you are looking for?
