Stupid question, that I really should know the answer too. Looking to ride the downs link from St Martha's down to Brighton area on Monday. I use to ride St Martha's a lot but not so much in recent times and can't remember where you pick up the downs link trail. Anyone point me in the right direction from either the Church or car park down the bottom.

If you start at the church, head east down the main wide sandy path, after about 400m +/- 100m you'll see an old wartime pillar box on the left...the start of the down's link is opposite this and they'll be a small stone built marker.
From the car park, well it depends which one...if it's the one off Guildford Lane, just head south west on to the main sandy path and head up about 300m until you see the pillar box on your right.
