Misting in DG units is as inevitable as death and taxes. This is because the separator has tiny holes to allow the air trapped inside to be in contact with the silica gel, which is inside the separators. Over the years with atmospheric pressure changes there is a tiny movement of air in and out of the gap and eventually the silica gel becomes saturated, at which point moist air is entering the unit and eventually condensation will begin to appear.
The double glazed units have been in 25+ years, south west facing windows get all the weather so Globalti it looks like its change time.

in theory you could have the glass unit disassembled and a new spacer with new desicant. In practice, not worth the hassle.
