... if found guilty.
Why the **** does he get the choice?
If guilty he should fired surely? With the implications of that
Yep bit like saying I'll go to jail if I'm convicted.
The volume of complaints would indicate a serious problem and whether he recognises his behaviour as bullying is irrelevant if the victims do.

To an extent. It can't just be on accusation, there has to be substance and in high stakes jobs like these there is inevitably going to be times where robust discussions happen. You can't be held hostage by a vendetta, for example.
But I agree, that complaints must be taken seriously, and in the first instance at least at face value. Do I trust this Gov to do that, or do they appoint their mates as standards commissioners, and immediately obstruct and cover up - you bet.
Hence my point about the volume of complaints across multiple departments.
That's big of him but bear in mind resigning's not what it used to be.
When I saw this earlier, I just assumed that the fix was in, and he knew he would be exonerated, hence the offer to resign if found guilty.
Dominic Raab would resign…
... if he had a shred of self-awareness or dignity ?
He’ll definitely have to resign when they find the dismembered bodies of all those dead prostitutes
if he had a shred of self-awareness or dignity ?
Aye right.
We are talking about 'The Turnip'
When I see him now ,I am reminded of the first time I became aware of his existence .
It was the year when he was that lucky Tory given the job of Brexshit Secretary after David Davis ran away.
Ever since then ,if I see the phrase “Rabbit in the Headlights” I instantly picture his terrified (slightly sweaty)face giving those first interviews on the job.
All about how “ He didn’t really understand” the scale of the job, and that that Dover-Calais might be quite important for future trade.
I have never seen someone look so out of their depth.
The use of the phrase "vast majority of" during the Kuenssberg interview was telling that he most likely has bullied some of his staff. A competent individual could state if they were well behaved to others in their office all the time.
I have never seen someone look so out of their depth.
There’s been some serious contenders of late.
Suella Braverman chucking a senior civil servant under a bus in a parliamentary committee as she clearly didn’t understand even the rudimentary basics of how our immigration system actually works.
Then there’s Theresa Coffey. A woman who not only knows absolutely nothing about her brief, she has zero interest in learning anything about it either and wears her ignorance like a badge of honour
Then there’s Helen Whately. A sort of human void. A walking vacuum.
How the **** did we end up with these absolute morons supposedly in charge?
Oh yeah… Brexit
If the Tories thought he could be replaced by someone better.
… if found guilty.

Because hes a privileged white male thats why. They are all the same.
