Alas I have to replace all 10 radiators in my house because they are all single panels with no fins and bugger all heat output, I will go to finned panels but remain single panels

So what make do you recommend for quality of finish and cost

Myson roundtops. Or the plumbcenter centerbrand ones which are just the same but cheaper.

We had the same problem after moving house. The radiators weren't radiating!

My OH's dad is a retired plumber & got us Heatline radiators. They are definitely a lot better than the originals...

Barlow round tops used to be very good quality. Not sure what's good these days.

I know you wrote single rads. I have some wide but low double finned Quinn-Barlow radiators that work really well and are unobtrusive. 120 wide by 30 tall, I'm pleased with them.
