I have a back garden which is fully covered in patio slabs. I am looking for some recommendations on products to use to keep the area clean after the dog has gone to the toilet on it. I hosea smell left behind.
After two days of dog ownership.... Id on't really know but I understand that enzym cleaner is what to use.
And reward them when they don't pee on the patio
Leave your enemy's shoes out on the patio.
I cant reward for not going on the patio as its the only place they can go. Just want to clean and control the smell

Probably just wants to be close to your partner.
You don't know how lucky you are. If only my puppy would pee on the patio (rather than the hallway floor).
Jeyes fluid?
We use zoflora when cleaning up after our two dogs. Its not much of an issue for us as we walk them 4 x a day and they tend to prefer against a lampost. Zaflora in a diluted spray bottle or brushed in and rinsed would work. Not sure how pet friendly it is so maybe keep them away until its dried

Made me 😃
Careful with the Jeyes, it bleached/discoloured some tiles in my last place.
Flippin' eck - how much peeing are your dogs doing for this to be an issue!! 🤣
I just give the slabs a good old rinse with the watering can. Much better than when we had astroturf.
Distilled vinegar is handy for cleaning and removing any smell. Mix with bicarb for an even more effective (and pet safe) approach
You could set up a little pee station for pooch. Probably even buy buy one from Amazon with the intention of having doggo using the same place to pee/poo rather that having your entire space as a toilet.
An artificial grass square with zeolite backfill could keep the smell down also

Are they not walked? One of our dogs will not pee in the garden. Has to be in the park. Though having a park 30m away helps I suppose.
