A bit of a strange one here... not sure if anyone can help, but I guess the more publicity the better...
A Scottish couple found a timid dog on top of Scafell Pike. After trying to get help in England they decided to take the dog home with them and search for the owner from there 😕 They found him on May 16th.

Nothing to do with me apart from being a mountain biker who sometimes takes my dogs up hills with me, I would like to see him back with his owners 🙂
They advised they did try and get help in England and had called the police but they hadn't been able to assist so they took Scafell home because they were so worried about him and then called us.
That'll teach me to skip-read.
He probably belongs to the local farmer by the looks of him.
Stranger things have been found on Scaffel Pike....

Believe it or not but I have reunited 2 lost dogs here via Facebook. You know all those "shares" people put up. They do work. It is surprising who knows someone, who happened to be talking to someone else in the local shop who saw so and so out looking for a lost dog....
Welshfarmer - it is on Facebook, the SSPCA put up details and it is getting shared, but it seems slow to get out of Scotland (I am north of the border) I'm not too techno savy and wasn't sure how to post on here without linking my profile 😳 hoping THIS works...
Please share if you can 🙂
