Scumbag sods!

Dog eggs on our front grass and up the side of our house!

I hate it when I see dog muck on the road or pavement from inconsiderate dog owners.

What can I do about it other than watch 24-7?

BTW - we have a dog and always pick up his poo.

In Leigh there's now a report process in place. We can report when the dog is taken round to crap in people's garden and they'll send some council people round to wait for them.

Nuke the dog owner from orbit, it's the only way to be sure.

Not meaning to be patronizing but if you have a dog, are you certain its not fox shit?

They should take a DNA swab from every dog, then when a stray poo is found they can trace it back to the owner the fine them.

Charlie,

Like your thinking but how about adding explosive collars (dogs or owners I don't care) which can be triggered to decapitate the responsible party?

DNA was trialed around my previous residence, significantly reduced the offending rate.

I'm all for it, we have a couple of local dog owners who will stand and watch as their ball of antisocial fur deposits on the lawn and then walk off. Next time I see it I will run out, grab the poo and smear it in the chaps face.

Awesome, sounds like somebody from the council was in danger of being laid off and invented a new job that involves sitting round drinking coffee....assume it comes with a car and coffee allowance too.

True Ernie but I assumed there would have been a mass walkout over that if they had tried 😉 Vital front line services and all...

not related, but I saw a woman in the park pick up poo in a bag, then tie it to a fence and walk away

I said 'make sure you put that in the bin, look it's over there' points a tod bin

woman replies "who do you think you are?"

i said 'someone who doesn't tie bags of shit to the fence'

Don't know how big an area you are trying to cover but could you not go round the boarder with some pepper or give the side of the path a clean up with some jay fluid. This would then put the dog off as they were sniffing round trying to find a place to Poo & they would go elsewhere. Would not cure the owner but would put the dog off.

We have a residents carpark which our house faces on to, and one of the neighbours walks his dog around it.

I've found a dog egg on our front garden but never seen the dog do it.

I'd be tempted to post it through their front door if i had evidence.

I know this messes up the angst ridden keyboard warriors on here.......

but are you certain its not fox shit? As they are really active at the moment as its breeding season so they will be marking their territories with increased vigour.

This will be much worst if you have a dog, as they see them as competition.

Apologies if I am bringing some common sense to this thread.

NB: Anyone else been shouted at to *pick that up!* when their dog is peeing?

Not me mate, I live in Croydon. Where they take a more relaxed attitude to dog shit than they apparently do in Leigh.
