I currently use a Seiko Kinetic Diver Sport 200M for all my MTBing and it works a treat. However I'm looking for something along the same lines but with an alarm function.

I don't want something with an electronic face...I'm an anaolgue fan.

It would ideally be automatic / solar / kinetic etc etc...but I could live with a quatrz as a last resort.

Seiko do the ssc135 which very nearly ticks the box but the face is a touch bit busy and the rotating compass bezel isn't me. I really like the simplicicty of the basic divers face...if one like that with an alarm exists...I'm all years.

My budget is MAX £250

I've just got one of these and it's great!

http://www.watchshop.com/mens-casio-g-shock-waveceptor-alarm-chronograph-radio-controlled-solar-powered-watch-awg-m100-1aer-p99945635.html

200m water resist, 5 alarms, solar power, wave-ceptor auto time updates. Also a couple of very cool bits like if you press a button the hands move away from the dials so they can be easily read and when it's dark if you tilt the watch towards you the light comes on.

It is on my 'one day' list.

Instead at present I have poor mans casio s800w. I have to say, it's pretty poor - I too wanted analogue and alarm, and failrly plain. But it is uncomfortable and impossible to read in the dark.

I needs Timex to make a watch as pretty as that Pathfinder....

So...are there any automatic watches that have alarms as per my original query? I've searched the world but have come up with not a lot within my price range!

The Seiko Bellmatic above is automatic. £150 should get you a nice one and seeing as some are over 40 years old now spend the change on a service.
