I have A Project in mind and I need an empty CO2 canister. I have full ones but it feels like a waste to empty one into the atmosphere!

I have a box of threadless 12g cartridges that anyone is welcome to, I just collect them from the range to recycle them.

Good luck with that, you need a three stage stirrup pump to get to the pressures caplets sit at (roughly 800psi), it would be a long time paying itself back.
Someone did make an adaptor once for 88g cartridges but they are even more expensive and obviously bulkier. You would be better off just bulk filling from a fire extinguisher but I don't know of any way to do this for 12g carts.
