Google maps has live traffic data. Put your route in and have a look.

FFS do your own work.

Do as above and also google all the traffic cameras that are about 1 mile apart over every motorway.

Then employ some common sense 🙂

Well It's nowhere near as good as any of the French motorways, also I prefer the M6 or the M9 heading north cos that means I'm going to Scotland.
It's better than the M25 though, & the M5, (IMO.)

It's a very cold and windy ski run in Aviemore as well.

Never had the pleasure but apparently it has quite legendary status and I'm sure it'll be equally as good between Halifax and Notts as anywhere else ..

so the M1 goes to Halifax now - that widening is really getting out of control

For the record, we're on it, it's fine. The worst thing is the numpties who've not cleared their rooves.

Well I mean, it's a classic downhill bike. I used to love mine and had it for about two years. Pictured here with triple 8's halfway up an Alp.

I'd say get one!
Hope that helps.

halfway up an Alp
where you on your way home or going out for the evening?
no snow in sight but that wisp of grey cloud might be a bit worrying

The mrs has just driven from Newcastle to Warwick in about 4 hours; said it was fine, just a few bad drivers about!

Lol was awaiting the response of "thanks for the real world up date"

No it's not it must be at least 1hr out of date info, and a lot can change in 1hr, traffic cameras are the answer!

I'd completely forgotten about the M1 on Cairngorm, one a couple of races on there in my day, much nicer than the other M1

I'm a few miles south of loughbourgh at the moment and everywhere is fine. Slushy but fine.

It's not bad. Superseeded by many later models though
