Like fracture or any serious thingy that puts you out of work for sometime? Or is it different from sports specific insurance like this
You'd need to read the policy, there'll be lots of differences between various ones.
As Jota said, you really need to read the policy.
I got a free one through work and they didn't really understand what I was asking at first.
Unfortunately when they got it, they turned round and told me it wasn't covered.
Others do as standard. Its wierd
There's no simple answer. Insurance being the minefield it is you have to read the exclusions of the specific policy to know what's excluded.

Yah thats the thing.. I.e. Mortgage life and accident insurance... If they refer cycling, maybe they only meant.. Cycling like leisure bimbling in front of your white picket fence .. Insurance guy who also a rider buddy (ish) of mine coming to my house tomorrow offering accident insurance.. But it could be a different from specific sports insurance like the link i posted above which i need/want.
Although he's a buddy, thank him for his time and compare what he's offering with what you've identified. Then make your choice in your own time.
