any web gurus able to tell me whether this site is dodgy?

http://www.shopbalancemall.com/

new balance seem to have a few online outlet sites that all seem very similar, this one being one of them

http://www.newbalances-outlet.com/

is the first one dodgy? did a whois lookup and its some chinese registered name - looks like they've yoinked the code from the other site to me...

this site has a valid mcafee cert
https://www.mcafeesecure.com/RatingVerify?ref=www.joesnewbalanceoutlet.com

the other two dont have URLs behind their "site secure" icons.

not sure I trust either of the sites now, guess I'll have to go shop the old fashioned way!

The first one gets flagged up by OpenDNS as a phishing site.

I think these people are trying to set up some sort of facility for brand owners to have their sites validated as genuine or not.

No real contact details anywhere on the site, shipping and privacy policies are both incomplete broken pages, and a random splattering of other people's logos on the front page...

Domain was registered less than a month ago.

Not looking good.

Did you create an account using a password you use elsewhere? I'd consider it compromised if you have.

Spam I can deal with - password is used elsewhere but only on forums and such like.
