I’m getting over a bad cold at the moment so coughing up all mannor of nasty stuff.
When I’m not in the office (doing it outdoors) there’s no contest, I spit !
However in the office I feel under pressure to swallow as it wouldn’t be the done thing to spit in to a cup, or worse still in to some tissue or toilet role.
Just isn’t great keeping this badness within! Should I just ignore the sensitivities of colleages and get it out ?

Statutory sick pay means loosing a money for many. If I am working somewhere with statutory sick pay I am dragging myself in no matter what.
