[Closed] Do you need job satisfaction?

I guess I'm lucky, I'm in a job that I find very satisfying. I enjoy it and constantly (well maybe 90% of the time, occasionally I'm a bit lazy) strive to do it a little bit better. And I think I'm quite good at it.

It has it's moments of stress, but they are usually short lived of under 30 minutes then the satisfaction that it went quite well. It also has occasional periods where it's a bit too quiet to keep me entertained, but they're not too common so I can deal with that easily.

I have no desire to progress above my current position as I would miss it.

I guess I would rather ride bikes and kitesurf all the time but unfortunately no one's going to pay me to do that.
