In short; Does anyone have experience of using an android device with the DJI Fly app and DJI mini 2 drone? and how well do they work? Specifically with either the Samsung S22 or Google Pixel 7 (as these are not on the listed as compatible phones on the DJI website!! – which I can quite believe!)?
The DJI website it lists phones that are compatible with the DJI Fly app and neither of these phones are listed (S22 or Pixel 7):

Reason for the question:
I have a new DJI Mini 2 which I am over the moon about -I love it. I use it with my work phone which is a iphone XR and it works without any issues (to date) – only had it since beginning of January. I’m getting an upgraded phone through work but really want to get an android as they suit me far better than iphones. I want to make sure that whatever I choose works well with my drone as they are expensive pieces of kit.
Any help/advice much appreciated.
