Any reccomendations please for my son's new to him house?Â
We are after a fairly simple system. Definitely a few PIRs, maybe some door sensors.
Ideally with WiFi and remote control from a phone, but no subscription .Â

There's also a newer/updated range from Yale, but the above line of stuff works well. Mobile app works well. Keypads are a bit naff but work reliably, add whatever mix of PIRs and door/window sensors you want.Â
