You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
In march world pay credit card people sent an email which ended up in junk saying that they would renew our contract for 18 months on May 15th.
We have since found someone a lot cheaper and wish to switch.
No agreement was signed ,they just rolled it over.
Due to the whole renewal taking place via the internet I can cite distance selling regs and use my 2 weeks to cancel?
No agreement was signed ,they just rolled it over.
Are you sure the initial agreement doesn’t cover it?
Given its 10 days just ask the question, doubt they’ll care and will just refund the payment
Even if I had physically signed do I not still get the 2 weeks cooling off period?
Good luck! It took my MD bloody ages to close a WorldPay account, even though the company that it was used by ceased to exist and was dissolved on Companies House!
I'd be very surprised if the Consumer Rights Act covered you here as you've not bought goods or services.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations is where you should likely be looking.
Call them.

Unlikely, they haven't existed for several years.
As above, it's likely covered by CCR, but in the first instance I'd just contact them and see what they say rather than going nuclear. They'll likely have a cancellation clause in their T&Cs.
As Cougar states, it's now CCR, but when I had a similar problem with AMEX, they sorted it quickly.
