Reckon it's doable? I want mine from the UK and am popping home for a day. If I empty it properly and pack the plugs/hoses in my normal bag, could I get away with it as hand luggage? I can't see where the rules say no

are you allowed a water container through security these days ?

not possible to buy one in country ? - cheaper than loosing one in security ?

Should be fine so long as it's inside the size guidelines I think. Can't see why you'd need to remove the plugs/hoses from the side mesh pockets either.

large item with a big battery, a hose lots of wires inside it and a container for fluid?

they'll just wave you through 😉

I think so, as long as it's empty of liquid. It's just a plastic box isn't it?
