I'm looking for basic online app for randomly animating an image that I upload to create something like this..
I've looked at the electric sheep stuff but I'm not sure if that's the sort of thing I need as it has to be fairly basic with as little work at my end as poss. Does such a thing exist?

any other suggestions...?
I've had a look at visualjockey but it looks like there's quite a lot to learn before I can produce results..
I'm on quite a tight schedule so was looking for something a bit more basic
