As above, does anyone know the difference between them. Was about to change my BB which at the moment is a BBR60 and was wondering if the MT800 would fit and if there was any benefit. As far as I can see they are both the same thread pitch, internal diameter, spindle diameter and will handle the same range of shell widths. My best guess is that the MT800 has bigger bearings and perhaps better sealing but there isn't any real info out there. Anyone here got any wisdom?
The BBR60 cups are each 1mm wider iirc.

Good info thanks. I've ordered a BBR60 so I'll check that against an MT800 when it comes in. Then it might just be a case of which spacers to use to get the cranks to work nicely (if it's worth the effort of course)
