Tried to do the survey but Q21 can't be answered, easily. Seems like there's a lot of assumptions built into the survey - and hence a lot of leading questions.
scotroutes - just taken a look at q21 so surely you can use 'other' ? It may be worth you e-mailing the charity to explain your thoughts, after all JC is clearly determined to effect change.
I'd have thought that one of the most obvious (if not the most common) answers to "Why are you not taking antibiotics?" is that "I did and they worked thanks".
OK, now understand. Definitely worth e-mailing the charity as for this to make any difference then it has to be objective.
