Ordered some bike parts from bike-discount.de - from b-d.de creating the DHL collection ticket, it's taken a week to get to the UK delivery office. That's fair enough.
The UK delivery office has now had the goods for 48hrs, they were finally processed at 00.25 today. As they aren't out for delivery today, that will now be Tuesday before they are put on a van at a guess. No doubt I'll end up having to change my delivery day, or they'll fail to deliver and it will end up back at a depot somewhere.
EVERY delivery with them is never simple, not just this one. They sent some watch straps back to Europe once because I wasn't in when they tried to deliver

The trouble is, it's not really DHL.
DHL Express would have your package from Germany in your hands next day (provided there are no customs issues), but of course cost more.
The DHL Parcel/Euro Paket you have coming from Bike Discount DE will probably be delivered by the post office or a similar cheapo carrier (with almost certainly zero tracking info).
