Currently as part of my bookkeeping arrangement I get DEXT app to photo and upload any debit card payments or anything that comes via post to my bookkeeper.
Trouble is he's a useless bugger and has just missed the submission for our Vat quarter second time running. Despite me reminding him a couple weeks ago.
Needless to say he's getting the boot, but I really wanna keep some form of expenses app in place as it saves receipts building up etc etc.
Only issue is £20 per month to upload 2 maybe 3 images a week seems a bit heavy subscription wise.
Anyone use something similar or have an alternative idea?
