Not the +4401753260094 number.

Spent most of the morning banging my head against a wall regarding some warranty work, they couldn't resolve it and refused to escalate it.

They asked me to email them and I got two replies from different people, both closing the enquiry to the other person.

Any other phone numbers for repair / warranty work would be much appreciated.

(tools with authorised repair shop but there is a serial number issue).

If you wish to make a claim, contact your seller or check the location of your nearest authorised DEWALT repair agent online

When did you buy it? What is the serial number issue? It’s stamped on the side Shirley?

Was it a Screwfix purchase?

Serial number should be on a black sticker either on side or base.

The trouble is if only people with a number reply you sink out of site in hours

If we give rubbish replies then you’re still at the top of some one with a number turns up

That's need to know info and you do not need to know.

That number you’ve got is open 7 days a week, til 10pm. That’s pretty remarkable and I imagine most customers won’t be expecting that so just call at a quieter time.

Try Toolcal, they may be able to help if you don't have any success with DeWalt UK.

Cut to the chase and just call festool instead. I needed a repair and it was collected, repaired and returned within 48hrs 🙂

Not the +4401753260094 number.

Surely that should be +441753260094 or if calling from the UK just 01753260094 ?

The number quoted above appears to be the general customer service number.

For warranty work, have you tried this link with numbers to the service centres?

https://support.dewalt.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360061273452-WHERE-CAN-MY-PRODUCT-BE-REPAIRED-UNDER-WARRANTY-UK-

Note - you need to click "here", not the image that looks like a search tool.  That opens this link;
