You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Morning all, for reasons my bean to cup machine was filled (with beans) to the top of the grounds chute.
After clearing the thing out it still can't lift the clever bit up inside itself, as the threaded parts are clogged.
I have previously used an online service guide to dismantle the thing to repair it, but in my un-caffeinated state my Google Fu has deserted me.
Model is a DeLonghi Caffe Corso ESAM2800.SB EX:1
Please help!
I've usually found my model (or a similar enough one) with a video on YouTube that has enabled me to at least get to the problem. I have had one with a faulty grinder, but despite fixing it several times, it only lasted a few grinds before going again. If you have to take it to pieces there are a lot of very small fiddly bits, that go in a specific order, so take lots of pictures.
Delonghi offer a flat rate of £150 for repairs. No fix. No fee.
That is the machine, but not the repair manual.
I work better from "paper" rather than video, but I fear I'll have to go the YouTube route.
Thanks all 🙂
