I have a job interview this week for delivering Apprenticeships, mainly L5 but perhaps some L7. It's specifically for a profession I used to be a part of so know it well. It will be for leadership and management routes.
Does anyone here do similar? What are the pros and cons of doing a role like this?
I feel comfortable with all the subject areas and enjoy the theory around it all. It will be delivery which is something I've missed in my current project management role.
