My rock n roll day consists of me defrosting the freezer.

I found these at the back. I don't even know why they would've been bought, there must have been a small person visiting at somepoint.

Do I have Fishy Finger sandwich for lunch?.... they'll be ok? right!

Personally, I'd throw them in the (outside) bin.

Worth a risk imo. Think of how much money you'll be saving.

My thoughts, they are under the grill as I type. Dog may get if in doubt.

I once defrosted a freezer from a student shared house. Best item has a haggis 5 years past its sell by date. Strangely no takers to that one..

As long as they haven't suffered from freezer burn (dried out, when cooked they'll be a bit tough) and you've cooked them thoroughly you'll be fine.

IANAFood scientist.

Point deducted for using brown bread, get a grip man!
Fish finger sandwiches should only be made with crap white bread 😀

Got some salmon in the fridge, that been there for at least 2 years, I'm thinking seafood pie!

Tartar sauce, you heathen! It's not fish, it fish(y) fingers!
Red sauce all the way, I'm still on the wall on Binner's cheese slice, but cheese improves lots of (hot) sandwiches, so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. 😉

Needs chips.
Nothing quite like a FF & C sandwich with Ketchup for comfort food.

You played a blinder checking whether the dog liked the taste first. Dogs are such good judges of what is edible and what isn't. Have you ever tried horseshit and cold vomit ? 🙂

Emsz - You disappoint me. Like most of life's simple pleasures, don't knock it til you've tried it!

It has to be one (or more) of those cheese singles that have the same half-life as uranium, and it/they melts satisfyingly over the fish fingers, blending seamlessly into the tomato sauce. Whats not to like?
