I’ve got a lightweight thermarest which is good when weight is a premium and fed up of those £10 Argos lilo style blow up airbeds that go down overnight.
Anything that offers a good comfy nights sleep but doesn’t break the bank? Those thermarest basevamp 10cm thick ones look great but they’re 200 quid!
Weight not an issue as not for backpacking use.
We have 2 intex single air beds with the built in pump (about £50/£60 on amazon IIRC). They are used a couple of times a year for anything from a day to a week and have been good in the 5 or so years we have had them. Quite heavy but ours are used on the house.
Dozer/Double Dozer from Alpkit.
It broke the bank but my exped megamat is supremely comfortable.
The big Alpkit mats, erm, the Dozer are very comfortable and not insanely expensive compared to Therm-a-Rest. The comfiest mat I've ever used was a Nemo one with two independently inflated layers. The idea was that you inflated the bottom layer hard enough to stop your hip contacting the ground, then adjusted the upper layer for comfort.
It worked really well, but they've stopped making them. The nearest thing I've seen to it are the Sea to Summmit mats which have similar technology, but again are quite expensive. Not used one, but if it's as good as the Nemo version, it'd be super comfy. You can find them a fair bit cheaper than the RRP, but still relatively expensive:

I've got a Vango 10cm SIM, it's not small (it's larger than my 2.5 man tent when rolled up), but it's as comfortable as any bed
We have some Vango 10cm double thing. It's as big as our tent rolled up but mega comfortable. About £100 ish I think. Got it for Christmas last year.
Another vote for the Alpkit Dozer. I have the single version and it is perfect for car camping. No exaggeration, it is as comfy as a bed.
The problem with full size air beds is that while they are cheap, they offer no insulation and you end up waking up in the middle of the night with a freezing back.
I've had a Dozer on the 'when I've got a spare sixty quid' list for about a year. Typically, now I have it, they're out of stock. The swines.
Got a double foam self inflating job, think it's a Vango. Same idea as an Alpkit dozer. Works well for car camping. Longest I've done on it is there nights.
As above. Alpkit dozer
Double dozer here. It’s huge, but oh so comfy. SilentNight do a similar thing which go outdoors stock. Not quite as thick, but seems to be good. Our kids sleep on one when we’re canping.
Cheers folks - Dozer out of stock unfortunately - hopefully available again soon as looks like a good choice.
Just had two nights on a Vango 10cm double SIM.
The best sleep I've had camping to date to be honest.
It's bloody massive though. Bigger than my 4 man air tent.
If your glamping then it's ideal.
All the Scout leaders I was with had DD hammocks. Looks like I need some new toys now :0)
