Last year I was advised by my pension provider that my much of my personal details were taken in the Capita Data Breach, I was given a 12 month membership of Experian to check any fraudulent activity but despite this I’ve had money taken from my bank account I have my pension paid into, I have been reimbursed by my bank as it was listed as fraud and new accounts and cards provided. Has anyone had any experience on making a claim as I’ve seen plenty of adverts on social media for no win no fee for this Capita breach but I’m wary in the light of PPI reports where much of any award was taken in fees. I’ve had a look on the Martin Lewis Money Saving Expert but there’s nothing substantial as is the case for PPI and Diesel claims.
What would you be claiming for, you’ve been reimbursed for your financial loss already.
