Just been on the news that he has been done for drink driving. Is this the 3rd time that it has happened?

Time to fire him off into space?

Trouble with that is that they just drive unlicensed, uninsured etc. Custodial sentence is the answer.

a mate of mine was caught driving his works van drunk, never held a licence ever, so no insurance and receives only a £200 fine & 15 month ban.

where's the real punishment?

slit his throat and put his head on a spike somewhere prominent. I guess recreating the appian way might be an alternative idea, i am sure some stretch of road, The Mall for instance would do.
