Don't think I will be supporting this one....

110% redneck. I’m in.
Bad enough on that harbour path at the best of times let alone with illegal ebikes.
Broken link?
No pedaling required so it's not a cycle technically is it? How does that change the legalities of using it on the road etc? Genuinely don't know. Of had it only been designed for children to use off road?
That said, I like the ingenuity of it but it seems that most don't like the idea in general, looking at how much he still needs to raise.
Admire the creativity and making it work. Shame it's not legal for road use...
That drill isn't going to enjoy a long life
The bike itself looks ace though. I'd cruise about on that!
Drill powered bikes has been done already

Apart from the issue of where it can legally be used and a drill motor likely not being suitable for this application long-term - what's actually dangerous about it?
I’m thinking the designer’s kids will be the only ones in any apparent danger
“£67 raised of £10000 goal” 😂
“£67 raised of £10000 goal” 😂
Possibly because the only options to back the project are a no cost support or £20 key ring. I only looked to see how much he was expecting to charge, definitely not going to back it!
Nothing dangerous that I can see. Unless you accidentally set it to run the wrong way!
Like the ingenuity, not sure about the torque loading though, wouldn't want to run it up too many steep hills. Maybe a circular saw would give better performance?

One at each end, use them as wheels too.
I'd buy that 😁😈
The comments on there refer to using it on private land or off-road (as someone has raised that it's not road legal), the product video shows it being ridden on park drive (with cars parked along it) which I'm pretty sure is a public road?
