Well it's round the sklight. Just had the wall replastered due to blown plaster from damp. this'll be the source then. Roofer worried about access so i'm holding the rope. Mmm just out of plaster, hope he doesn't slip.

Builder thought the "plaster" leak was due to roans (sp?) flooding a couple of winters ago (old paper been holding th surface on).
H&S pah. Ended up standing on the small flat roof at second floor level, holding the base of the ladder into the cast iron gutter, while he patched the two nail holes in the lead. Was fine up until the "watch out they can ping out, then we're both off.
