Had the displeasure of flicking through the old man's copy of the Daily Mail today.
**** me.
Seriously? We're ****ed if this is what the old codgers read and believe.
To fair that is simply an opinion piece by Richard Littlejohn who is paid to write shite and get a reaction which will draw attention to the newspaper.
In terms of general day-to-day news reporting I would say that the Daily Mail probably has more integrity these days than the Daily Telegraph which is wall-to-wall shite and seems unable to report anything without resorting to the reactionary drivel that pervades all their articles.
Which is particularly tragic as the Daily Telegraph despite being right-wing was once a paper with a reasonable level of quality journalism.
