Any Dacia owners in here who can give me their opinion?
Currently driving a 1.6 petrol Kia Sportage but due a trade in so looking at going for a Duster as not only the payments are far cheaper but the mpg looks to be loads better.
Main question is what they're like for taking bikes? I know they're pretty lightweight so not sure how big a rack you could fit on a tow bar and it's pretty tall to use a roof rack?
Got 3 kids so need the potential to take 5 bikes if needs be!
Just as good as any car with a tow ball for carrying bikes. Dacia dealers in France sell the Thule HangOn 4 which as the name suggests takes four bikes. I've got Dacia roof bars on a Lodgy which take up to 75kg - you'd get 3 Paddy Hopkirk bike supports on them no trouble.
I'd buy a Jogger rather than a Duster unless you really need the off-road ability.
Just noticed they do the bi-fuel in the Duster, my mate has the bi-fuel Sandero and says it's brilliant.
