In all honesty, There's a Riot Goin On and Fresh are two of my absolute favourite albums. I picked up a best of cd the other week after hearing Dance With The Music when I was walking round HMV (I even stayed downstairs longer just to hear all of it 
). Must've played it at least half a dozen times each day the first couple days I got it.
I was always impressed that everybody in the band was there on merit, the fact The Family Stone were black & white & male & female was so out there then but yet that it didn't even matter was even better.
And Cynthia was vital to that band.
F#ck cancer.
