You're welcome. 😉
Now, veto away my friend!
That list doesn't feature anything by [url=
]"The Cyclist" (who, I'd hazard a guess, is a cyclist)
or, my personal fave "Steal your bike" by The Marlon Jacksons (Si Begg remix)
😀
It's got Nine Million Bicycles by The Melua, though, Dezzie. A sure-fire classic, that!
Some more off of my iPod:
Cycles to Gehenna by Aesop Rock
Happy Cycling by Boards of Canada
Bicycles are Red Hot by TV On the Radio
Physics of a Unicycle by clouddead
Bike Messenger Diaries by Apsci
Las Biciletas Son Para El Verano by Alex Under
PLUS:
I've just made up one for the bonus features of your soundtrack.
It's a jaunty ditty in A flat (the cyclist's least favourite key. Hur-hur-hur) and the lyrics go something like:
Man oh! man I like to ride a bike
Its, like, way cooler than being out there on a hike
Or hangin' all day with my thumb in a dyke
Oh how (how, how, how) I love to ride my bike
That's just a taster. 5% commission and you can have the whole thing. 😉
Riding down those bumpy tracks
Nearly makes me fill my cacks
I would jump all the massive gaps
Unfortunately I roll them cos my skill level lacks
Nice, Dez!
But can you beat my latest effort, eh?
The STW Song
(Unless I'm stuck behind Molly)
Got my niche coffee maker
Gnarled my 29er in a crater
Got an Orange? Seez ya later
Unless I'm stuck behind Molly
* to be sung to the tune of 'what do you do with a drunken sailor?' *
The bassist out of Rage Against The Machine is a keen cyclist isn't he? I'm sure I have seen a picture of him on a TT bike with decals picked off of the Bontrager wheels to spell 'rage'.
