Last night I watched Premium Rush and Line of Sight. One movie, one documentary. Not too bad.
I really liked Line of Sight (#givingusallabadname). I think it just came out a bit too late to be really amazing. Just imagine watching it for the first time if every commuter in London wasn't already wearing a GoPro.
The poor guy spent ten years with two camcorders strapped to his helmet. The inevitable march of technology's a bitch.
I spent time doing windsurfing videos with helmet that had a video camera on it, a lead dive weight on the other side to balance it, and video recorder in a waterproof box in a backpack. Crap days and painful in a wipeout.
OK I know I'm old and grumpy, but seeing the in-traffic antics in videos such as Line of Sight and Fixation is it any surprise that the average car-driving (and pedestrian) public despises cyclists in urban areas?
You reckon "the average car-driving (and pedestrian) public" have seen it?
I haven't - and probably never will - and I'm quite a keen cyclist.
I love the fact that people get more upset about Line of Sight than Getaway in Stockholm.
I can't seem to find them on Netflix - are you not in the UK?
Yes, but VPN
